• Use the platform only for legitimate skill-sharing purposes
• Respect others' time and honor scheduled sessions
• Maintain appropriate behavior during video calls
• Report any inappropriate behavior or violations

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Service to:

• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent our payment system
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the platform for commercial advertising unrelated to skill-sharing

4. Account Registration and Security

5. Payment Terms

EVRY1 facilitates payments between users for skill-sharing services. By using our payment system, you agree that:

• All transactions are between individual users
• EVRY1 acts as a payment facilitator only
• You are responsible for any taxes on payments received
• Funds may be held temporarily to ensure transaction security
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

The EVRY1 platform, including its design, functionality, and content, is protected by intellectual property rights. Users retain ownership of their own content but grant EVRY1 necessary licenses to operate the Service.

• Disputes between users
